The Petition

Every big rain or snow fall the sewer backs up and floods the alley way between 50th and 51st, Queen and Russell Avenue South. In the winter this causes ice ruts to form such that cars bottom out on the hard ice, causing tremendous damage, and blocking passage due to stuck drivers. In the summer it causes dangerous waste to flood the areas where children play. We want it fixed.
