California's redemption system for beverage bottles and cans is a racket "The Mob" would envy! The way they take their money is disproportionately easier for "them" to collect, than for us to "redeem"! Plus, did you know that the sales tax was computed AFTER the CRV was added to your purchase? Every store location collects the CRV, however, CRV redemption centers are WAY LESS convenient! I don't have the solution, but I do believe there's got to be a better, FAIRER way!
