Using tax payers money instead of making the business owners downtown responsible for fixing the sidewalk only in front of their business.restore our sidewalks,as we have restored most of the buildings.The sidewalks are cracked from tree roots and other natural and unnatural cause and over time will only continue to get worse,causing greater hazards on the sidewalk then there is now. Simple maintenance now could prevent a complete sidewalk replacement in the future.
