OK, so its not the most critical thing in the world I admit. But seeing as many people very much enjoy the frappuccino's they provide from the cafe, the amount of time it has been between the machine breaking in October 2012 and now is nearly a YEAR! You would think they would have fixed it by now! For fear of sounding like a rowdy protester, its about time it was FIXED!
