SIGN RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

A petition to lower the cost of first time drivers insurance. I know that many young time drivers pay over £2000 to get their £400 car insured, and with girls insurance now going up to the same rate as mens insurance, its about time some pressure was put on the insurance companies, we have written to hayes and harlington MP John McDonnell, and here is what he has to say. 

I agree. These rates for young people appear distortionate. I will raise the issue in Parliament by tabling an Early Day Motion calling for an inquiry into the insurance companies handling of insurance for young drivers. This is like a statement of concern or petition for MPs to sign. It doesn’t get debated but may illicit a response from the insurance companies and ministers. I will check about an epetition but also you may want to just put a petition up on Facebook. I could also present any petition to Parliament. Let me know what you think.
