This petition is to demand that the City of Coatesville terminate the current Director of Codes and replace him with a competent Director willing to enforce the codes on the books. As we all know codes are if not they #1 issue in Coatesville - #1a. The Director however doesn't seem have the commitment to enforce the codes on the books and after 4 years it's time to find someone who does....
