Her attorney requested the dash cam video and was stonewalled. Further requests resulted in receiving an encrypted video. The officer said in his report my daughter assaulted him. I think a video would clear it all up if the Missouri Highway Patrol were not covering up this officer who has a very bad reputation in the area. More than a few residents of that area have offered to testify against him, and I do hope the judge isn't biased for the Missouri Highway Patrol.Flag
