| 51 | Alan J. Glustoff | Not only should Sharer leave, but the company should be put up for sale. I've been a sharehoulder for over a decade. |

| 54 | Anonymous | He sucks big time! For seven years leading what? From a hero to a zero! |
| 55 | Anonymous | Deflecting accountability - blaming 'business cycles'. Spending on planes, limos and chauffeurs. Demonstrating wildly poor judgment during work hrs in affairs with women that reported up to him. Drawing lines with one data point - with the Sharer signature ego driving the thinking. He needs to go. Recruit Dennis Fenton for the job and get Amgen back to its roots. |
| 56 | john r roes | long time holder of amgn very tired of our leader it looks like when the going gets tough he sticks his head in the sand and hopes that it will go away. Just my opinion have always supported amgen. |
| 57 | Matt Dickinson | I worked for Amgen from 2002-2005 and I agree that he has a lack of class for someone in his position. |
| 58 | Some One | KS has sold so much stock in the past he could save all the jobs being lost from just his stock sales. |

| 61 | Anonymous | If you think a stock price of $52 is bad, you should have lived through it when it hit $20 shortly after Kevin Sharer's reign of terror began. He is arrogant and self-serving, only acting to promote his own image at the cost of our once great company. We are no longer patient focused, but Kevin focused. He's a despicable pig with no conscience for what he is doing to Amgen, the patients, stockholders, and employees. He is ugly inside and out. Other CEO's would have been fired for much less. Financially, one Kevin is worth the 2600 employees losing their livelihoods this year. Intellectually, the 2600 employees contributed more to the forward progression of the company in one month than Kevin can muster in a lifetime. How does the Board sleep at night? The Board needs to take action now before Amgen is forced to close its doors. Otherwise -- he's taking the company down, and you with it, while laughing all the way to the bank... |

| 63 | Joe Pope | The man ruined the great creation of people like George Rathmann, Gordon Binder, and Dennis Fenton, as well as many others.
In only seven years!
He truly is like his role model, General Custer. |

| 75 | Anonymous | I worked at Amgen from Sep. 1991 until Aug. 2004 when I could no longer ethically or morally continue to work in an organization (and organizational culture) led by this horrible man. Put him out of Amgen's misery, and perhaps there may still be some hope - retain him, and whatever's left of Amgen will surely die. |
