   Comments: This sucks. The fins finished 9-7 w/ the sack leader, the rushing champ, and 6 pro bowlers. There is a lack of motivation on this team. Look at the Jets, started 1-4. Herman Edwards motivated that team and turned them around. Gruden took a great defensive team, fixed that offense and motivated them and became champs. Last year we beat the Superbowl champs 30-10. The year before that we beat the Ravens in the regular season. This year we beat the AFC representing Oakland Raiders. Why can't we get the job done Simple reason, an under achieving head coach who doesn't even have a .500 record.

    Comments: Wanny has been cosch for three years and rahter then getting better each year, he has gooten worse (just like in Chicago). I wish I had a job where I could perform at a lesser level each year and still be rewarded for it. Wanny's comments shortly after the Pats loss were that if the Fins were in a position to make a personell move to upgrade their team, they would do so. I think Wayne should follow Wanny's advice on this in terms of coaches. Plenty of coaches out there that would be an upgrade to what we have currently.

    Comments: We are tired of the excuses and vanilla defense. Opposing teams laugh when preparing for big games. Yes, we were third in "D" overall. Check the performance in big games though.... You need to adjust things and attack on both sides of the ball.... We nned to get mean.... We are sick of hearing "We'll get this cleaned up...." When When we get a coach that has some fire and will make the necessary defensive adjustments and aggressive offense.....

    Comments: Fire the loser. Too much firepower to lose a step this year. With the CBA in place (salary cap), the major difference is the coaches. Considering that we have very good to excellent players minus QB and a receiver it all rests on the coach. This guy has always been a loser as the leader.

But after today's Pro Bowl and to see all our players standout like they did and they idea that we didn't make the playoffs, makes me sick to my stomach.
