| 1082 | Serena | My father is a retained firefighter in Cornwall and will suffer if there are any more cuts. Cornwall County Council should be definitely investing in this area, they should see how important these stations are and the firefighters who don't only attend fires but make people aware of fire safety issues in their local towns. |

| 1091 | robert eddy | too many lives will be put at stake if this rediculous idea goes ahead! i can gaurentee that members of the council will be the first to complain if they or members of thier own family ever required the fire service! and the delay in attendance caused severe injury or even death which could of been avoided by keeping the 24hr cover in place and spending whats needed and deserved, we should be looking after the fire service so they can look after us! the money shouldnt matter, u cant put a price on life! |
