Constitutional Amendment Regarding Firearms
Show your support by signing this petition now

Whereas the US Government and the governments of the several States have relegated civilian firearm ownership to a small subset of available firearms while placing no such restrictions on active military personnel; and
Whereas all powers of the United States, including the military, are delegated by the people; and
Whereas the people cannot delegate a power that is not within our rights;
Therefore, we the undersigned demand the following amendment to the Constitution of the United States:
"Section 1: The Army and Navy shall not use, for training or combat, any firearms which are not generally available for civilian use in every State, and all other places subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
Section 2: Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
