Comments: There is no room for racism and bullying in this country, never mind our schools! Remember this is a learned behavior and as a school system, we should set the example.

Comments: Dr. Richards consistently demonstrated disrespect, insincerity and a lack of professionalism in her dealings with District staff. Her insistence upon winning at any cost demeaned educational team members and destroyed the possibility of collective effort. Raymond students, families and staff deserve leaders who champion values and strive for goals that serve to enhance opportunities for all. I trust that the school board will search for a successor who offers integrity, vision and positive energy for the community.

Comments: I have been trying to get much needed information from the school administration (specicifically the super) since last year, regarding the $1mil lawsuit. She has purposely and continuously evaded questions, especially about the demand letter.

Comments: It appears the Raymond School District has an endless fountain of wealth,;with it's law suits, attorney's attending IEP meetings, and exuberant evaluations. And yet try and get an education for your child, you and your child are bullied constantly not to mention the DR's spin. The damage done to the child is heart breaking. The discrimination and manipulation is beyond your wildest imagination. The great teachers, para's and even nurses that have been bullied out of this District is horrendous. I have heard of so many families selling there homes to get away from this evil woman, and yet she is still making top dollar, when will it all end?

Comments: I am a student at the Raymond High School I am handicapped. I love school but they don't want me, I feel so bad about myself. I had to tell the Superintendent that my case manager called my mom a bitch. The Superintendent turned it all around and said I called the case manger a bitch. I don't use those words, all she does is lie. I am nonverbal and type to talk, all the time they won't let me talk, it makes me feel bad about myself and not want to talk to anyone. I hope they get rid of her and Mary Ellen because they are mean to me.

Comments: I feel that Dr.Richards is a very mean person to everyone, she can make a person feel like they did wrong and she will stand by what she say...I have seen her in action with student, parents and staff...she has no clue as to what is going on in the school system and she tend not to fix it...I am one of these people who she had a dealing with and I no longer work at the school I ha been there 10 years...But because of her accusing me of something am gone...let me tell you something am a very honest person and was loved by everyone at the school...I say check her out then can her ass and then put Mrs.Ellen Small in her job...

Comments: I am the aunt of a Raymond school district child. This district has tortured my mother who is the legal guardian of my handicaped niece. I am a paralegal and had to attend a DUE-process hearing in Concord with my mother because this school district thinks they are above the law and can rewrite and change laws to accomodate their issues according to each child. My niece has regressed tremendously from the abuse and bullying that they have put her and my mother through.

Comments: Please FIRE HER! Enough is enough as for discrimination being ignored in our schools. I highly recommend you also look into other people's attitudes and behaviors that are leading to this discrimination as well as students simply getting allowed to pass school without doing the work (aka being pushed along). Let's make a difference for the children of Raymond!
