Phil Robertson's being on a TV show is a privilege, not a right! Free speech should be protected, and of course it IS protected; Congress has not passed a law abridging anyone's right to free speech. While Phil Robertson has a right to say what he wants, a TV show also has a right not to have him represent the show. Hateful, ignorant language is not faith. God never told any of us sinners to judge other sinners. So while Phil has a right to his faith, the public has a right to call into question his faith and to denounce his hateful speech.
