Final supporters
As a respectable statutory board in our country, we hope the authorities can terminate her employment with IMMEDIATE effect. This is required to reinstate the good faith lost through IDA's defiance and unilateral decision to continue to employ this "CROOK" in their organisation. What is the type of picture this case is painting for other civil servants? Will Nisha open the floodgate for interviewees to come out with more fake qualifications?
Please help to do your part to sign on this petition to demand for her immediate SACKING. We need to stand TALL and say NO to hiring of DISHONEST staff especially those working for the government where having INTEGRITY is the very basis for employment.

It is an act that marginalized Singaporeans and the lack of integrity of IDA. IDA as a civil service agency is going against what was preached by the government to uphold fair employment practice. This is going against the law as well as all Singaporeans. Please walk the talk.
I am signing this not due to working. However due to the fact I am going to ns soon. And after ns I will be in the working force. I don't wish to compete with fake degrees. It undermines me and everyone else hard work.
No one is above the law, needless to say honesty, not even the governing bodies for our country! Isn't anti corruption the greatest and best policy for government in SINGAPORE?! How is this not a form of corruption? This is not acceptable.
a fake cert is just the same as a fake passport. not only that they did not do their work in having their background checked, but failing to fire a fraud is like showing a big middle finger. more foreigners with such fake degree will laugh and try their luck.
I believe that Singapore should still go by the 'meritocracy' system created by our forefather, LKY. If Miss Nisha is able to get a fake degree to work in the IDA, what use of the younger generation people, like me, studying so hard for?
This petition truly disgusts me. Wish I had seen this much more earlier, unfortunately I am seeing this petition 3 yrs after this petition was created.
This kind of shameless act of buying fake degrees should never be condoned, especially in the public sector

As a national regulatory body, the IDA must stand firm on issues of integrity. Miss Padmanabhan has committed a serious ethical breach by using an illegitimate degree. Her employment should be terminated immediately.
