This petition says that the fire house should be able to use their sirens because if YOU are in a emergency and a firefighter gets a call, they just have their blue light on but not siren. When people see the blue light on top of the car they don't think its anything or important so they don't move. And the firefighter has to get to their truck too so it will take up to 5 or 10 minutes to just get to their truck to get to their emergency. Fire Fighters and EMT's only have 3 minuets to get to the fire house, in their gear and on the truck. This can be the difference between life and death.
