In 2007 a Lakers team with Smush Parker went to the playoffs. This current Lakers team is at risk of not making it. That 2007 team was a team being rebuilt; and this current team is a hall of fame team. We need the best center in the game to stay in L.A.! Phil Jackson made it CLEAR, he would coach the lakers this year and instead of giving him the job, Buss decided to hire D'Antoni. WHAT has D'Antoni done to earn a hall of fame basketball team? Coach Mike Woodson took over the same New York Knicks team D'Antoni resigned from because he knew he would be fired; and look how Woodson had them finish the season! To all Lakers fans I pose this question: Pride or Plaoyoffs?© Buss needs to put wins over pride and hire a winning coach!! Mike Brown will suffice, if Phil Jackson declines. Together, we need to rally and sign this petiton to ensure a championship season before it is too late. What will we do when Howard leaves next year, watch the Clippers? I refuse to settle for that.
