This petition calls for the immediate removal of Carlos López from his position in Hialeah, FL due to his most recent charge of using methamphetamine. López has a history of drug related charges as far back as 1997 (when he began his public position) which has been a recurring problem throughout his career. López has been given multiple chances to address his issues yet has relapsed every time. As a public official who works FOR the people he should be held accountable for his actions. We the people do NOT want someone like this representing us in any way, shape, or form and demand proper legal action be taken against him for his actions.
