he is not above the law he swore to uphold . smelling pot is a likely excuse for them to use to cover the abuse he inflicted. it dose not make it a good enough proper cause to enter the home.

he did not follow protocol you can not arrest someone with out telling them why they are being arrested.and identifying your self

his actions goes to prove that there are corrupt cops and departments that would rather cover their own then protect the public . this instills fear in the community and is why more GOOD officers are being shot and killed. what if his son had been there and watched this happen to his father
