Name: Andrew Fillhart on Oct 26, 2007Comments: I recently spent two weeks vacation in Japan over the summer. This was well before the fingerprinting requirement came into play. I spent my vacation in Japan with no problems or having to worry about police involvement. I see no reason to have this go into effect nor do I see it being beneficial at all.Flag
