The petition

This petition is being created because friends and family have begged for help in finding Teresa since January 25, 2006 when she was discovered missing. We feel that more could have and should be done. We are asking for your help to get more investigation on this matter and someone from outside the local law enforcement to take a look at the information and evidence in this case. We want to, need to know what happened to Teresa. The person responsible should not be allowed to continue on with their life as if nothing happened. Please help us find justice.
