To: Mayor Victoria Siegel and Board of Trustees, Incorporated Village of Bayville
Re: Nassau County Proposal to add Microwave Dishes & Antennae to the Bayville Water Tower




This proposal by NCPD will add multiple additional antennas and microwave dishes to the Bayville Water tower located within approximately 92 feet of the Bayville Primary School property, and just +/-215 feet from the school itself.


We, the residents of the Village of Bayville, strongly oppose the above proposal as submitted and urge our Village officials to oppose same. The undersigned request that the Village Board respond to the above proposal by opposing the current proposal and requesting Nassau County to provide alternatives options.
