The petition

The archaic laws in this world are based upon ideas whose time has passed. When You pass, what would you like done with your remains? Do you really want the government having a say in such matters? So long as there are no health concerns (virulent disease, radiation, etc), I feel that one should be able to have their final send-off from family and friends in whateverd way they wish as well as be able to choose how their remains rejoin the environment. What's worse? To be pumped so full of chemicals that even bacteria which are there for that purpose cannot deal with what is now toxic waste or to be enjoyed (perhaps cannibalism or necrophilia) and then be reabsorbed back into Mother Earth? It is YOUR body. Stand up for it while you still can.
