Comments: This makes the language barrier even worse, when unable to speak back to Japanese, even when I understand them. I'd really like support added.

Comments: It is unfair for Japanese players to have access to both character sets while North American players are limited to one.

Comments: Japanese support would really be helpful, from communication to learning! ^^ Hiragana and Katakana are all that is needed, but Kanji support would be helpful (^_^)d

Comments: I totally agree on this! I definatelly want to write in Japanese, as I feel really bad for those Japanese people who have to keep reading my Romaji. PLEASE! We need this as a download/option so we can COMMUNICATE BETTER! Wasn't the whole point of making American (and other English speaking countries) and Japanese people play on the same server to INCREASE more INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION Thankyou m(-_-)m

Comments: Square f***ed up again. They're always doing everything half-assed. They claim that the NA client can't use Japanese input b/c they have to pay royalties for it. That's mean not only are they using a proprietary IME, but they didn't even write themselves. that's just plain ridiculous.

Comments: why can't americans type in japanese it doesn't make sense, and it makes it near impossible to play with japanese players, unless they can read romaji. please square, this would NOT be hard to implement.

Comments: I don't like Windower but for now I feel forced to use it. It's a shame because I don't really want to support Windower... I still play in fullscreen and use it for nothing other than the IME plugin. Sure, you might be able to play with people that have "{Sorry}{I don't speak any English.}", but you can't really chat or make friends with them. And then there's the "{English}{No thanks.}" people... it's much better when you can actually speak their language. :)
