As many of you are aware the fountains at our entrance are consistently breaking down and in need of repair. This is a petition to have the fountains filled in with dirt and flowers instead of having to repair them time and time again. The repairs in 2011 alone have come to a total of $1574. With fountain monitoring coming to a total of $3300 (although this amount does include the fountains at the entrance of phase 3). You also need to add the cost of water, chemicals and electricity. Many of us feel this is a ridiculous amount of money to be spending on something that is broken more often than not. If you agree please sign our petition.
