needs to be a much tougher system in place. this is about child safety.
totaly agree. reform isnt working for these kinds of people. enough is enough.
its absolute madness that they just walk free. what about the victims huh? who cares about them???
Unbelievable that this is even a debate. If you hurt a child you should go to prison period.
Finally someone said it. My daughter is terrified to play outside because of someone who did this and just got a slap on the wrist. Keep them off the streets.
