    Comments: MY 2 chhidren who are only 1 and 2 years old were recently taken away by DCF and put into foster care a month ago and my case plan was to find a safe enviroment for them to live in and then I would get my children back well I did just that by going to a shelter and now they are saying that I need to have my own place for them to live that a shelter is not good enough. but yet everyone who is at this shelter has kids so why are they allowed to have there children and Im not. they just keep trying to find every excuse to not give me my children back. and mean while the longer my children are away from me the more damage is being done to them! they are devoustated without me! me 2 year olds first sentence was "Mommy when can I come home" I started breking down into tears and held her and said I promise you will be home soon. Mommy loves you soooooo much! Is there anyone out there who can help me please!

    Comments: I am for the cause being that My mental unstable ex-girlfriend who made it a habbit to contact police to make false allegations of domestic violence then when they come out see no visible marks, scars, yet i go to jail just to get released by the DA's office. And now unfortunately becomming the subject of CPS intervention where my ignorant as fuck don't know shit baby mama leave to her cousins then to her step moms removing herself from this alleged bullshit ass domestic violence, just for cps to go there and remove my daughter from her custody cause they say she has been labeled 5150 meaning mentally unstable, which in fact she is. She can't seem to understand why she gets visits rather being with our daughter on a continuing basis, and when i bring the factual situation to her attention she gets mad and then hangs up in my face. However, cps has stated in the reports that they removed my daughter from both parents when in fact thats a lie, which i believe they did that so that i wouldn't be able to get custody of my daughter removing her from foster home, which prior to that was she in emergency protection shelter, when was not then nor now warranted.
