    Comments: WEB is a great place to find out that you are nowhere close to being alone in this madness.I suggest radical action,such as hunger strikes in front of court houses and CPS mansions,I suggest trowing red paint on their front door,I suggest taking a blow rather then giving one,I suggest blocking the streets and chaining yourselfs to the CPS building (you are in their chains allready anyways)I suggest having flyers with web addresses dealing with our struggle and pass these to anyone at the supermarkets,post offices,schools,chuches and in front of the Courts and CPS buildings,I suggest ,that you speak freely to anyone about your case and about what is beiing done to you,you children and our country,I suggest,that you revisit your attitudes and relationships tolife around us and stop doing to others as you would not have them to do to you (factory farming,separation of other beiings families for our out of line convenience)I suggest asking the CPS workers and ,,owners,, to come and meet with a group of parents they are already attacking and also those they did not get around to yet,try to ,,see,, in them individually,why they are doing what they are doing,precondition of loving your enemy is to be able to see them as human beings as ourselfs and then miracles can happen.Feel free ,it is your world,your country if you are responsible and if you love it with your heart,find the God not in the church,but in yourself and allow him to work on others also,try not to get in the way until you are able to help.     Comments: CPS is on of the most hypicritical organizations i have ever seen. they cliam to be there to protect the children but it has been my excperiance that they go above and beyond to mak parents suffer with out regaurd to the people they claim to protect. they say they try to provide for the rehabilitation of the family unit yet they make every effort to remove children by mean's of exaggerating fact's, and being compltely over zealous and heavy-handed in there method's or not doing any thing at all in situation's that would require the reaction used on thoe's that do not.

    Comments: I lost my parental rights to three of my children. I know that I have some accountability in this, but the Department of Human Services is a nothing but a money making scheme. I learned that when they successfully adopt a child out they make between 4,000 and 6,000 dollars per child. Then the cut the funding for treatment and other things to help families reunite. The system is unfair and unjust. We parents need to stand up and say that this is not right. We deserve our children.

    Comments: thay have my kids also. i took them to trial and won. thay were unable to prove or even slightly show any wrong doing on my part. now thay say thay took them because i was homeless. i was in a 3 bedroom house when thay took them.im homeless now,but when did poverty become a crime.i cant even see my kids unless its supervised and there 12,13,15,18. well my 15 year olds on the run since the second time thay took her.

    Comments: Mother of 3 children still fighting DCF or HKI For my children been ignored by caseworkers Supervisor ignored by court appointed Lawyer.. hindered by Case Worker Mrs Shantel Bobo so that I may be compliant with case plan as she ignored my request for a buss pass after my car was stolen my request was not fulfilled for 2mo. and 5days ....And now to late Its being requested by Center for Women my out patint rehab that I go in to a Inpatient rehab so I may get done and over with NOT because of a relapse but because I have no way from Riverview to S. Tampa daily... My three Children do not understand why @ 1 1/2 yrs old son, a 4 yr old son, And a 8 yr old Daughter.. Why I have to be locked up for not being able to attend in other word UN-complaint in my attendace not in the fact that I will never abuse drugs or alcohol again learned thru 3mo in my intence outpatient rehab.. I, My parents and myself are beside ourselves that dcf wants to separate me from my children again and cause them more anguish that is completely unnecessary I'm a productive part of scicity and will continue to stay Drug free and productive for myself and my children.. I figured she fell the day before at the babysitters or something. Well they took her because according to their experts a child cant fall and bruise their ear.

    Comments: I belive that when children are removed from there homes and there are other family members that want them and can care for them there should never be a fight in court to get them , and how is it that you get 2 of the children and not the third it carzy!! and should be against the law,it's not for the children it for the momey in california,it's the third for makeing the most money there selling our children,and it's sad becuse there are children out there that need help and are in homes and are being abused, but the foster homes there sent to are no better sometimes!!

    Comments: i am a grandmother with not rights. My husband and i have been raising our granddaughter since birth. My daughter left her in our care at age 4mo. She is now 4years. my daughter has 2 other kids and they were taken by cps. Placed in our care. one month later went to court and they removed all 3 from us. DCF lied to judge saying we had no income or means of support for them. I work at same job for 8 yrs. my husband at 2 yrs. but lost his 2 wks after kids were here cause no support from dcf. he stayed home with 3mo.old 3&4 yrs old. All are in foster care now waiting on the fathers to take them. The one we raised cheyenne, her dad lives in texas and never supported her once will now get her. How is that helping the kids. I am the only mother she knows and now im treated like the criminal no visitation. Because my husband lost his job doing the right thing keeping the family together. We had no say in any of it. Some one has to stand up for our children and grand children.

    Comments: You have my sympathy and my support in the fight. Very seldom have I seen bad parents punished, but I have seen and known good parents accused wrongly and left with no way to defend themselves. DCF workers are supposed to let parents know their rights before they ever enter a home. They do not do this and bring along the police who are ignorant of the rights of parents as well. Amendment 4 IS so very important here. Oce you let DCF know that YOU know what the law is, they have to back down and you don't have to let them in without that court order.

    Comments: THEY JUST TOOK MY GRANDSON FROM MY HOME. MY DAUGHTER HAD HER HUSBAND ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND WAS TOLD TO KEEP HER SON AWAY FROM HER HUSBAND AND SHE DID. SOMEONE CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM HER HUSBAND MOVED BACK IN AND HE DID NOT. THEY WENT TO HER HOUSE AND FOUND HER HUSBAND THERE AND WANTED TO KNOW WHERE THE CHILD WAS AND SHE TOLD THEM HE WAS WITH HIS GRANDPARENTS. THEY CAME OVER TO MY HOUSE AND ASKED TO SEE HIM AND I LET THEM IN AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TAKING HIM BECAUSE HER HUSBAND HAD MOVED BACK IN AND I TOLD THEM THEY WERE WRONG AND ASKED THEM WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE REFUSED TO LET THEM TAKE HIM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND PUT IT IN THE FILE THAT WE WERE UNCOOPERATIVE WITH THEM SO WE HAD NO CHOICE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN INJUSTICE IN MY LIFE. DCF STANDS FOR DESTROYERS OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN TO HELP MY DAUGHTER. ANY SUGGESTION WOULD BE HELPFUL. SHE HAS LOST HER HOME,HUSBAND, AND CHILD AND HAS NO MONEY SO WHO WILL HELP DESPERATE GRANDMOTHER

    Comments: This may seem unusual but I'm a child who was a victim of cps and I'd nothing more than to have horrible things happen to all those at cps. They removed me and two siblings from my house because get this, it was a little messy and considered "deplorable" which was all BS considered it wasn't. About 30,000 dollars later in lawyer fees and being gone from my home for a year I've seen what those assholes can do. Fuck you CPS you ruined my life.

    Comments: I'm trying to get my Daughter out of CPS's hand's out in Pheonix, AZ. I do agree that everything that they are doing is wrong and they do need to be stopped. I have been trying to fight them for 8 year's , now. They take4 good kid's out of good home's and they don't listen to the parent's that really know all about their children. All the state's worry about is money. Their getting paid for all the kid's in their hand's by the federal. They need to give back the children that were to the good home's back to the parent's.They don't know how to take care of the kid's. I had some issue's with my daughter at the time that she was taken away from me and they are still having the same issue's that I was with her. They aren't taking care of the problem and they aren't listening to me. Now she is 14 yrs. old and now it is really going to be hard to get the thing's that she is doing to stop.

    Comments: I grew up in the foster care system and was neglegted and mistreated. Now my children are being kept from me by DCF thanks to a lying ex-husband who has no real evidence. They are the ones being hurt that I have not been allowed to see them in 2 months. They are told by their dad to say what he wants said and do so to show they love him. DCF has ruined my family and hurt my children.
