    Comments: That is exactly what they do, even if you complete your case plan they find more things against you in that year to not give your kids back. They closed my case and seperated my children, I am not giving up, I just hired an attorney to re-open my case and get my children back

They are monsters. The truth is not a part of their vocabulary. CPS creates their own reality about our lives and relationships on paper , present their veiws and opinions to courts, and brainwash our children to believe they are not loved by us. In the meantime, we are told to be quiet and not resist or it will go against us. We are forced into submission, and resistance is futal.

    Comments: all laws should be used to help not destroy! parents that are accused of the crime of hurting a child should by law know the rights they do have! CPS are not trained as ploice offiecers nor do they have the skills needed to conduct any proper investigation, they are over loaded with revengenge calls, leaving the real victoms in the piles of crap that the laws help destroy the ones who do not harm. these CPS workers are trained in the skill of social worker not investigators. I have also studied many cases where CPS has covered their butt's using the co-worker aka buddie system to save their butts on many, many cases. all the laws NEED to be more clear as to the WORKERS and the training is petty and lacking skill. the most harmful thing these wage $ earning paper pushers need to learn is that the kids see the hurt that they cause to the parent..THE KIDS NEVER FORGET WHAT CPS HAS DONE WHEN NO HARM WAS FROM THE PARENT! the children grow up with hate many on drugs, in foster homes MORE SO a mess than the home the child was taken from. I HAVE SEEN THESE SHOTTY FOSTER HOMES!!!!! CPS IS A WASTE WHEN THEY ATTACK WITH OUT ABSOULUTE FACT!!! WHERE IS THE TRUTH
