   Comments: Tax payer funds should be open. As a retired federal civil service employee, I know this is the case. Private enterprise, personal info, taxpayer money, open and transparent. The public has a right to know where their money is being spend. And as a federal employee and retire, I contribute to my health care insurance and am grateful for it.

    Comments: I believe that if employees are being supported and paid their wages by maine citizens via tax dollars, the citizens have a right to know how the tax dollars are being spent.

    Comments: Without info on who is being paid , there is little value in knowing in the abstract that employees with that title get paid a large range, how would anyone know if any games or double dipping was going on. We pay the taxes, we deserve to know how it is being spent.
