Dear Board of Selectmen, We urge you not to settle the current lawsuit against Next Generation Daycare Center's plan to place a facility at the intersection of Route 27 and Highway 2. We the undersigned residents of Acton feel that you should continue to fight this development in court. Fight on behalf of Acton until all legal avenues have been exhausted or we have prevailed whichever comes first. To do otherwise will just encourage other entities to attempt similar bad projects not in keeping with the character of our town in the future. Thank you for respecting our community's feelings in this matter.
