This pertion is to help the tenants of field point and the surounding estates to be able to live in peace withiut feeling intimadated by the noises nuisense of the garage Panel Beating business (above address) as some of you are aware it has not been possible to resume normal thinking since the garage started trading a few years ago, the garage working hours start from 8am to 9pm and sometimes 7 days aweek is causing stress and as a result of the noise, its having a domino effect on the tenants, who end up turning up their music and so-on just to ajust to the offending disturbance. please help !! kind regards.
