Is anyone really ready to accept anything other than their presumptive assumption that the SUV was totally at fault in this? I think not. If the investigation shows that the lovely mother of 3 was negligent here, is anyone ready to offer an "I'm sorry, we jumped to the wrong conclusion here" to the guy that was driving the SUV? I guess he just has to "suck it up" and get on with his life, having to live with this tragedy alone. Let CSI do their work and see what comes out. All there is now is 1 alleged eyewitness who is trying to influence everyone else's opinion on this. I don't thing the DA or the Councilwoman have the guts to ever admit they were politically motivated for their own interests in this grandstanding. Time will tell.Flag
