Name: Boris Suchkov on Jul 21, 2010Comments: It's time to stop letting drivers (and the NYPD) get away with murder. A complete investigation and the full punishment allowed by law should be given to the person responsible for this death and to the officers who are essentially covering this up.Flag

Name: Demetrios Papas on Jul 21, 2010Comments: NYPD has the responsibility to thoroughly investigate crimes and wrongdoing in a fair and impartial manner. It appears that this did not occur in this case and probably many others where motor vehicles have killed or injured vulnerable road users. Criminal conduct using a 2000 pound steel bludgeon is no less criminal conduct than reckless use of a gun or other dangerous instrument. NYPD must hold reckless drivers responsible for their behavior.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 21, 2010Comments: This is the worst tragedy I have ever heard of - I have been in Brooklyn for over 10 years and have never heard something like this. The lack of responsibility taken to investigate is shocking - this needs to be investigated for the sake of Aileen's loved one's and the community.Flag

Name: Kimberly Sevilla on Jul 22, 2010Comments: Aileen was a friend of mine for almost 20 years. Her death was a tragety. While nothing will bring her back. She often protested on the behalf of injustise done to others, it is only fitting that the same be done for her. Something smells fishy about this whole thing and she desereved more than a lame coverup.Flag
