Name: Noelle Palm on Oct 24, 2007Comments: I live in Nolita (301 Elizabeth) and have for quite a few years. I frequently walk around my neighborhood and I believe the street corner of Mott and Broome would be greatly improved (visually and economically) by the addition of a beautiful new restaurant/lounge. And, additionally, I believe that Emma Cleary is not only willing but also capable of improving the location of 173 Mott Street. She has lived in the neighborhood for years and would only be motiviated to improve her surroundings. She has no reason to make a disruptive/ harmful change but only a positive one.Flag

Name: Don Cornwell on Oct 24, 2007Comments: I live on Spring Street and am a big supporter of what Emma Cleary is trying to do - there is nothing good about run down buildings and the market (which should be our guiding force) demands that it is a lounge, not a grocery store, not a starbucks...Flag
