lots of jobs require felon background checks, why ? there are some people who make mistakes, if a criminal does there time then shouldn't they get a chance to work? they can't get a job cause everyone checks there background . then they decide to do illegal things cause nobody will hire them , so then they got to be a criminal , to many American jobs , businesses judge on things a person did years ago, shouldn't there be a time limit on how far back a background check can be seen by public, understanding that a judge or a court an see old crimes but why jobs? sign this petition for felons to be able to work again, for public records to be seen in a certain limit of time ,please there are people that need jobs so they can do normal jobs instead of crimes to pay there bills
