I am honestly stunned to see five hundred people have signed on to this request for fair pay. This has grown well beyond what I thought possible and it really belongs to all of you now.

I honestly never thought this would reach a hundred people when I first put it out there. It is truly humbling to see that so many others feel the same way about these pay scales. I am just a person who wanted to ask a question and you are the ones turning it into a real movement.
