There are many people who are suffering, but the worst ones in this world are the kids. Millions without homes and scrounging the streets because of not having a home, money or anything to help support them. While the absent parent is not around, they need help more so than any state and any shelter can provide. There is a large amount of debt out there due to welfare, if only the absent parents would be helping out these children. Our national debt would decrease, not a lot but over time it could really do something good for the nation. I want to propose to the House Of Congress that we change the laws on the absent parents to make a Federal bill in order to help the children in need. We start small, just like our kids and hope that they grow into something spectacular one day. In hopes that this bill will be passed, for a better and more brighter future for the kids out there in need.
