file in the U.S. District Court under 28USC1441. This is the conditions for removal of a state court case to the District Court. I want to petition the district court to accept my state case in the juvenile division into the federal court. I will be sending this petition to the Department of Children & Family services and the Volunteer Guardian ad Litem. I will aslo be filing this with the Washington Superior Court of Snohomish County Juvenile Division. I will want to file this by Tuesday May 17th 2004.
