Comments: I am a mother of a severely disabled child-16 yrs. old- and am deeply concerned with the proposed cut back of services. His current services enable me to continue to care for him at home where he is loved and cared for deeply. Afew of his services they are considering taking away are -Massage Therapy-Personal Care Assistant-and his Support coor.

Comments: The loss of funds absolutely scares me to death! Losing any of my sister's services will force me to quit my job because I'd have to stay at home with her during the day to keep her from having to be home alone and to keep her safe. I have to keep my job in order to afford to provide us food, electricity, etc.. My sister and I totally depend on my support coordinator and the advice/services/emotional support/training/guidance she has given me for the last seven years since my parents passed and began taking care of my sister. If anything, funds need to be increased!!!!!!!! Waiting list Please do not CUT any funds for these citizens. Thanks.

Comments: I am speaking for clients that cannot speak for themselves. The services that are slated for cuts, will have a negative impact on the clients that recieve this services. Don't take the $$ problem out on the disabled!

Comments: Privatization and lack of accountability should be the main focus of where the funds have been squandered. Not off the backs of the clients/families who have no control of how the funds are allocated nor spent.

Comments: What would Jesus do This is what He's said: "If you haven't done it to the least of one of these my children, you have not done it unto me". For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, a stranger and you did not take me in, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you didn't visit me or minister to and take care of me!" "Depart from me, I never knew you"!

Comments: I feel that losing $21,000.00 a year of my pay due to having so many under 18 consumers is wrong! I have no say in the clients I get and from what wavier. How am I suppose to pay my bills. I believe that the Senators and Governor would not like a pay cut. This is alot of money too me!!!!!

Comments: Don't do this!!!!!! I do not understand why we even have to beg you. This is the USA, and our disabled people should be protected. It should be a crime to take away their only life-line, their support services.

Comments: As providers, we fear that individuals will become 'stay at homers' because of lack of funds for ADT programs, transportation to and from ADT and to and from work programs. This is completely contrary to the goals of these programs-- intergration into and becoming a positive part of their community.

Comments: We are now going backwards from where we were by forcing these poor people back into institutions and nursing homes; therefore more money and a very much lower quality of life and for the ones that now know a better quality of life will know the difference; therefore will have to be drugged because they will fight back for their rights.........its called our human rights......these changes are inhumane....
