We the undersigned request that the Government & the Department of Transport intervene to prevent the contued poor service from First capital Connect as a result of their inability to run the service as timetabled. We request that the Government place adquate pressure on the franchise operator to compensate season ticket holders who have not been able to receive the usual service. The delay repay scheme is not adequate given the hundreds of trains cancelled by the operator.
