I have always know matter what been very open to my boys seeing their fathers anytime they want. My 10 year old has never met his father but I continue to search for him so that he may one day have that connection. I pray mightily each and everyday for the situation at hand and for father's rights. They have a very strong connection in their kids' lives and nothing should ever take that away. Especially the responsible upstanding men that are out there taking responsibility and being the loving father they want to be. Prays go out to Steve and that one day he will find his precious, beautiful daughter. |

Parental alienation happens and it must be recognised as destructive, manipulative and most of all detrimental to children AND `absent parents`. Children are supposed to be protected, not thrown head first into the middle of problems caused by warring parents. |

| 231 | Eric Hiester | I agree. Even in the cases that judges see honest and valued concerns on behalf of the mother, they refuse to hold mother accountable. Mothers today are not the same as mothers 45 years ago when these old judges were kids, it is 2008 the law need to update and get with the program, society is different now and laws need to update accordingly. |

After seeking several family law professionals for advice most have dismissed me despite having overwhelming evidence simply because I am the father and the court will most likely side with the mother.

My ex husband sees his kids regularly and pays no money towards their up bringing at all, he loves them and spends time with them and that is all that matters. Children deserve 2 parents and should not be used as weapons or excuses!!!!! |
