Even though I now have access with my daughter, I feel like I am still treated as a 'criminal' even though I never harmed my daughter . My ex-partners testimony was all based on lies and falsehoods which were proven untruthful.
My ex-partners family ARE a danger to my daughter, yet are allowed unsupervised visits with her, yet I have PR and I am allowed 1 hour a week? How can that be right?
The law certainly needs to change. |
