this patition is for the unfair ,payments and treatment fathers get from the cspc .we basicly have no rights we are demanded to pay ,unreasanoble amounts to ex spouse or girl freinds ,or 1 night stands ,while the women can adopt out our children or abort them with out our noleg and tell us afterward ,and if we [the men] do not want to be fathers or have children are stuck we pay and thats all there is to it ,we are being pushed around and have no rights i my self asked for a dna test and they told me i couldnt have one , you are suppose to prove paturnaty before you are charged with child support if they cant find you in an amount of time you will be the father regardless ,,any woman can say you are the father and if they cant find you for a dna test your paying. a man in california paid child support ch [a hundred thousand dollars]] ,,found out the child wasnt his ,,ask them to give back his money and as you guest it was no ,,their is all inds of storys of the unfair treatment of men in this case im trying to get the law changed a little so we can have rights why should a woman sit on walfare and not work and the guy get punished there are women out thier being baby factorys so mens got to pay them we should have a right to sighn of if we dont want to be fathers as they have a right to abort or adopt out with out our nolage ,and if we find out we got to fight tooth and nail to get them if at all or ever ,i want laws that help fathers and make it more fair so sighn and speak out its time for a change
