Name: Marko Tukiainen on Sep 11, 2002State:Country: FIComments: I'm already spending £18 (about $30) per DVD boxset, so donating some money to get new episodes shouldn't be a problem. On the other hand, this might just be a silly idea, if fans were to create a "corporate entity", e.g. a company that would fund a part of the episodes in exchange for some royalties that may or may not come from dvd sales and international distribution etc, that would be MUCH more interesting, and would also make it possible for me to invest (in the form of shares of the company) considerably more money to this, at least in the range of several thousands of dollars.Flag

Name: Michelle Muller on Sep 11, 2002State: TXCountry: USComments: I cancelled my cable package yesterday in response to the cancellation, so I'm already going to save over $30.00/month until I turn it back on in January. I was only paying it to watch Farscape anyway. They might as well get it directly. -- By the way, thanks for doing this -- it's a great idea.Flag

Name: Debra Smith on Sep 11, 2002State: VACountry: USComments: I'm so glad I'm not the only idiot out here! I had this same idea, simply no time on my hands to start the ball rolling! Frelling excellent of you to set the wheels into motion! It's such a novel yet Outstanding way to let not only the networks but the many talented and forward thinking members of the FARSCAPE Family know we are a serious group of people. We are willing to do whatever it may take to save our "precious Moya, her Pilot and beloved Crew" from extinction! I am most certainly willing to make a monetary pledge to emphasize my interest, support & LOVE of this most rare and unique style of entertainment. I so enjoy the magical blend of compelling drama, whimsical fantasy & comedic relief that is served up seemingly effortlessly on a weekly basis. Somehow, no matter the nature of the ill-fated happenings, Moya & her Crew always left me with an almost spiritual sense of HOPE. A word never before heard let alone understood by Peacekeeper Aeryn Sun, until John Crichton, who like a plague swept through her world destroying the natural order of life as she knew it! Not only could she now understand HOPE, but also she could feel the NEED to keep it alive. HOPE - it's all we have . . .Flag
