Dear Mayor Denson and the ACC Commission,

We, the undersigned, ask for a three month fare-free trial period during which time everyone would be allowed to ride Athens Transit without having to pay. This will greatly benefit our community by relieving the burden on those in poverty or without cars, by reducing traffic congestion and pollution, and by increasing economic activity as customers find it easier to visit stores and businesses.
