Name: Zoe Carriere on Feb 28, 2013Comments: After almost 2yrs, I am just getting to the point where most months I'm hitting the $2800/$3500 limit. I don't think I have ever sold $6000 in a month. There should be different requirements for part time or full time consultants. And for newbies and seasoned consultants. It is reasonable to expect a 5yr full time consultant to sell $6000, but not a new part time consultantFlag

Name: Sue Cutler #1076 on Feb 28, 2013Comments: I feel blindsided with ONLY "2 days" notice of an almost DOUBLE increase in monthly minimum requirements. I'm SURE there is ANOTHER way of recouping fees? However, I believe we CAN do this, at NO further cost to the Consultant. We ALREADY make a lower commission rate (regardless of "seemingly" FREE paperwork, bill books, bags, webpage, etc.) in comparison to other competitors. PLUS we pay for postal services AND a $7 fee per qualified party AND Shipping for Saturday deliveries or when we are under our monthly minimums!!! I propose we RAISE the qualified party level to $500, and DISCUSS a reasonable and feasible monthly increase of minimum sale requirements (like maybe $1000!!!). REDUCE the amount of stock at Tradeshows! Tradeshow shipping IS expensive! It also leaves your consultants with minimum inventory to sell! This in return creates more shipping costs due to back-orders (will FANTAISA now be paying to ship our back-orders??) Consultants should NOT have to pay for when our distributor is OUT!!! (We’ve done OUR Jobs!!!) We could also go paperless? The list goes on and on ….. I really feel that this SHOULD have been up for constructive discussion! I do NOT feel like I am a part of the company’s team!!! I'm always feeling left in the dark! Does this also mean that consultants are losing a percentage of monthly overrides??? It used to be a 5% override on sales that exceed $2800(slow months) and $3500(busier months). I sure hope not! It's hard enough to make a buck, let alone RECRUIT under these NEW (stressful) conditions, policies, added fees etc… etc. I think it would be in EVERYONES best interest to re-evaluate this NEW cost-effective Policy. LET’S NEGOTIATE! Thanks, Suzanne Cutler 1076Flag

Name: Carolyn Shultz on Mar 1, 2013Comments: As a newer consultant I find having the pressure of the increased minimums to be very stressful. I also somewhat resent the second and third rate free gifts that I am having to try and promote the sales with. If I don't make money for myself I am obviously not going to be making money for fantasia as a company.Flag

Name: Cindi Graham #412 on Mar 1, 2013Comments: as a part time consultant, ive always paid my shipping, and have not been given any choice as to how i wanted it shipped, so ive been paying for something that isnt my choice in the first place, the 6000 limit is totally un reachable. I remember when Fantasia was a fun company to work for and we actually had promos i could acheive once in a while, not looking forward to the yr(s) to come ,,,Flag

Name: Sad Sue on Mar 1, 2013Comments: Such a sad state of affairs. I understand the need to raise some bars, but wouldn't baby steps instead of giant leaps, seem fair and logical to all? And as is the case with SO many matters these days...don't you realize that some notice and negotiation would soften the blow, and have us, the soldiers (as Syd once called us), be more receptive to change! Consultant #199 of 14 years....can't even imagine reaching the 15 year mark : (Flag
