Hi All As fans of LFC we've been through a lot. The Hillsborough disaster, the Heysel situation, A trophyless spell of over 20 years. We have also been through highs like the champions league night in 2005, the treble in 2000, seeing Steven Gerrard get an OBE. However, this ownership saga has got stretched beyond limits and the one person who suffers most in this is each of us fans! Our club has been massacred and butchered by the two American owners and the only thing that can get glory back to our club and adone it of all the tarnish bought on to it by the Americans is if we fans own the club. Afterall nobody knows the club more than we fans do, nobody loves the club more than we fans do and nobody cares for the club more than we fans do. Now although the NESV are in the picture and they look like the most probable owners in the near future, ownership by the fans would prove to be the ultimate scenario for us Reds. The reds are afterall the only club where fans are called the 12th man officially! Even if I estimate there are close to 30,000,000 fans world wide which is an understatement and if each of us contribute $10 each for the club, we can get rid of the debts and get to own the club. $10 for an Indian like me is close to Rs 500 the amount I spend drinking on a weekend! Can we not do this for our most beloved club? Come on you RED men..we need our club back!
