Fanfiction.net is brilliant in many ways, and is particularly kind to users and their interaction with each other, which has been portrayed through the 'Personal Messaging' (PM) feature, in which two users can send and receive messages between one another. However, I strongly believe that this feature can be extended to accommodate a 'Group Chat' option, in which it is possible for more than two people to communicate.

I feel that this will greatly benefit users, as it will mean a wide discussion about different story ideas can easily be achieved, rather than the method many of us currently use in which we relay information to each other, which is inconvenient.

If we succeed in persuading Fanfiction.net that this is the right way forward, then we will all benefit from the advantages of group messaging. If we fail, we must continue with the outdated PM system that is currently in place, in which only two people can converse.
