- Health insurance restrictions on patients' freedom to choose where to have their prescriptions filled; and
- Prescription reimbursement schedules that will result in pharmacies to lose money on every prescription that they fill.
These threats will affect small family owned pharmacies the worst and could drive them out of business. There are over 2,000 such family owned pharmacies in California. We need them to remain in business and provide their invaluable services to our community.
We call on our Federal and State officials to do what is necessary to Save Our Family Owned Neighborhood Pharmacies.
