John and Mary Todd were married on August 21, 1989, in Nassau County, New York. The prsently reside at 2794 SE Wonder Way, Port Saint Lucie, Florida. They moved herein 1995. They bought the home they live in on March 21, 2001, paying 175,000.00 with a mortgage of 100.000.00.John works at a local accounting company as an accountant. Mary works for st.lucie county as a clerk in the county clerks office. there are two children of the marriage. Sweeny age 14, born december 1, 1997 and josie age 16 orn september 7, 1995. They own two cars, a 2000 jeep wangler( sed by john and a 2002 kia suv used by mary. both cars have loans on them. They both have vested pension plans. The checking account has a balance of 1250.00. in addition mary has a bank account with 10,000. representing monies from her mothers estate given to her when her mother died on january 7, 1995. she has never touched this money,other than to remove 25,000 in 1995 for the purchased of the home.
